## What it is

One clean place for Spanish- and English-language channels, without juggling apps. The player is a single static page that loads its channel list from JSON and plays HLS streams.

## What I built

- About 1,280 channels in an external JSON file, grouped by type (news, sports, kids…), trimmed to English and Spanish.
- HLS.js playback, with channels that show no signal for 12 seconds removed automatically.
- Search, favorites, watch history, quick tabs, keyboard shortcuts and a toast notification stack.
- Load any custom M3U playlist, plus an index.json manifest so AI agents can navigate the channel list.
